How likely are you to recommend Dr. Wu?
I drove my mother 2.5 hours for a 2nd opinion surgical consultation with Dr. Wu and it was well worth the drive. Every physician should strive to be as good as Dr. Wu in terms of attentiveness, caring, knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Wu did not recommend the surgical option for my mother and opted to try medication first. She took my mother's history and current medications into account before arriving at her treatment plan. Everything was explained to both me and my 81 year old mother in detail. Dr. Wu spent an hour with us and we left with a positive outlook. I will gladly drive the long distance for follow-up appointments. Dr. Wu, nurse Melissa and the entire office staff created a great experience. Kudos to all for providing excellent customer service in medicine.
