Dr Bernard is excellent. He repaired my meniscus a few years ago and today I saw him for shoulder pain. He listened carefully, was patient, and diagnosed me with frozen shoulder. He gave me the options to relieve inflammation including cortisone shots and PT. I am so grateful to be out of pain thanks to Dr. Bernard.
