The doctor was very thorough and explained everything fully. He had a very professional manner. The check out staff needs improvement. The young woman who checked me out was not informative. When she finally sat at her desk, she sent me to the wrong place. I had to go back to check out. I had ask to her for a copy of the referral script for OT and for places I could go to for what I needed.
