Having had surgery on both feet in prior years I've come to recognize the importance of the initial pain and lack of mobility. Recently I couldn't exert any pressure on my heel. I went to see DR. Joseph Grillo, Fort Myers. WOW! This is my kind of doctor. Straight to the point, described the issue and treatment. (I had a strained Achilles tendon). Simple and direct advice, get rid of the ‘so-called’ support sneakers, wear a compression sock and get the recommended shoe/sneaker to support the foot properly. The result, 3 weeks later I was back to normal! No shots, no try this, or try that! All it took was the one visit and follow-up. And the staff were just as helpful. Thank you!
