How likely are you to recommend Dr. Garcia?
Dr. Garcia is a wise, kind and professional person. He is quick, some may say rushed, but truly he’s not. He gets to the matter quickly and efficiently. He is quick to find the best care my family needs, be that through his office or through referrals. His new staff is efficient at scheduling referrals and I truly like his appointment reminders. I truly appreciate his respect for his patients, in that he doesn’t stay in a room just he and patient. There is always a nurse present. Should I have an issue with staff he listens, though to be honest I’ve only had positive experiences… Draw backs is the over crowded reception area, but waiting in the car is an option. The other is getting through with phone calls; but his office is busy, so that’s to be expected.
