How likely are you to recommend Dr. Bonaventure?
I am 53 years old. I had neglected my oral health for decades, only visiting the Dentist on emergency occasions when the pain was unbearable. During the "Stay-at-home" orders in in early April, I lost a k-9 tooth. I called around and couldn't find an open dental office. When I heard that some restrictions had been lifted, I called friends to see who their Dentist was. Several recommended Dr. Bonaventure. With great anxiety, I scheduled an appt. I was expecting a lecture about my lack of dental hygiene, and the horrible state of my teeth. Instead, I was greeted by the most compassionate Man. He listened to my fears and my embarrassment and convinced me that he truly understood and agreed that my fears were valid. Without judgement or a hint of disdain, he tenderly yet professionally offered a plan of corrective action. WOW! The next day I started my first step. His entire staff is warm and welcoming and caring and was constantly concerned about my comfort. Many Thanks!
