Patient Reviews
Dec 07, 2022
Dr. Bascom was my primary doctor for my 5 years of living in State College. She was absolutely great in listening thoroughly and quietly, and never attempted to jump into conclusion about the final diagnosis before asking for and hearing all the details and doing examination. She was always open to discuss any further concern or health issue I might have - in contrary to another doctor in the same center who visited me when Dr. Bascom was on vacation and told me to schedule for another appointment to discuss the concern different from what I scheduled that appointment for. She always, always, remembered to follow-up on the past medication/treatment she prescribed during the visit after, and that was in addition to following up through online message portal. She was always very accessible through online messaging and very quick in returning my messages. I was all spoiled by having her and just having a very hard time finding a primary doctor who I can trust the way I trusted Dr. Bascom.
