Patient Reviews
Mar 09, 2023
Everyone in the office was extremely kind, considerate and beyond helpful. Each person took the time to explain everything they were doing, why they were doing it and to answer all my questions regarding their procedures and never made me feel silly or uninformed for asking any of the questions I posed to them. They walked me through every step, including the time frame my insurance might take before they approved coverage for my mouth guards. The individualized care I received was not the normal I usually receive in most medical offices and I was very impressed with every person I interacted with. The person scheduled immediately before my appointment unfortunately had to cancel and the staff contacted me to see if I wanted to come earlier, which I did, I was thrilled with that added bit of consideration.
