Patient Reviews

I have been with Dr. Tolan for 8 years and never had a problem with a medication or with discussing problems, stressors, issues etc. He takes whatever time is necessary to complete your medication management. His office staff is courteous, but they are decidedly slow. It's better to insist you speak with Doc as they will not prioritize your issue and often get the issue wrong when reporting to him. As he does not accept any insurance, I am unsure why he needs two persons in his office, but you would think with two people and such a light work load, patient calls could be handled better.
