How likely are you to recommend Dr. Arao?
I've been looking for an endo for ages, lots of swings and misses. Dr. Arao was fantastic. He explains things in a way that makes sense to people without making you feel like he's dumbing it down or treating you like you're an idiot like so many do. More importantly, after years of doctors not trying anything new to treat me, regardless of how little it was helping - he tried something new and it works! My condition is under the best control it has ever been in my life and I'm taking a third less medication than I was before. As an added bonus - he has a sense of humor and a great personality so the whole visit was relaxed, informative and actually fun. Thank you!!
