Dr. Lina Qazi , Overall gave me an assessment evaluation of my type 2 diabetes. She suggested ( change ) to plant based foods . Never smoked/ drink/ not a drug addict/ single parent raised #5 kids I exercise #7 days a (wk) at a Public gym/ facility maintenance for the Shendoah Valley Westminster Canterbury I/ L / A/ L Healthcare facility. My A1C is down/ stress level down/ Colonoscopy screening ( - ). Restrictions lifted from my LDS Mormon church .
