I have been privileged many times to receive phenomenal eye care from Dr Dressler and especially from Dr Randolph. I absolutely love this clinic and the people who provide exceptional services ranging from the receptionists , to the optical technicians and of course Dr Dressler and Dr Randolph. But today I also received incredible service from a technician named Amanda. She was so kind, talented, compassionate and above all …patient! I’m an older eye patient with droopy eyes and they are so difficult to “ open wide”. Amanda kept encouraging me, she gently applied strategies to help me with the eye tests and I felt it was one of the most successful visits ever to an Opthamology Clinic! Amanda definitely is an asset to an already wonderful establishment and I’m hoping her excellent services will be available on my next visit. Thank you so much Amanda!
