Patient Reviews
Mar 08, 2024
I was diagnosed with multi-nodular goiter. I was originally told that the typical course was to just remove the entire thyroid and go on one of the synthetic hormone replacement drugs for the rest of my life, even though my thyroid was functioning perfectly and my levels were normal. I didn't know any better and scheduled the surgery. I started researching and found that Dr Morkos was at the time the only Dr In Indiana that did Radio Frequency Ablation. I contacted Dr Morkos and even though my nodules are very large he felt that I was a perfect candidate for RFA. I have had 3 RFA procedures with Dr Morkos and I am so happy that I found him. He has always been kind, patient and never made me feel rushed. He answers all my questions and I have always felt safe in his care. Because of the size of my nodules it has been an adventure. He is committed to helping me save my thyroid and I feel I am in the best hands to accomplish this with him.
