Dr Phillips enters the exam room with a smile and immediately makes you feel comfortable. He listens and asks questions to ensure he understands your complaint. I have never felt rushed while visiting Dr Phillips, as he spends as much time as needed to ensure myself and he is satisfied with problem and diagnosis.
