How likely are you to recommend Dr. Sun?
I got a recommendation from my Internist and a close nurse friend who works with Dr Sun and researched other doctors I got input on before deciding to see her. Dr. Sun was professional yet warm and engaging. She had reviewed my issues prior to our appt. and asked probing questions to get to the root cause of my gastro issues. She circled back with me to ask if I had addtl. issues or concerns I wanted to discuss. The day of my diagnostic procedure went extremely well. The facility, nursing and procedure staff were very knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly immediately putting me at ease. My nurse told me I had the best Dr., her gastro Dr. as well! Both before and after my procedure Dr. Sun was wonderful providing me the medical information and potential resolution options available to me. I felt like we had a real patient doctor relationship.
