I have been going to Dr. Q since 1988. There was a 1 1/2 year period before I was able to get on Medicare that my insurance rate, thru my employer, went sky high so I switched to Kaiser. Worse experience ever!! I could not wait for Medicare and to get back to my favorite PCP, Dr. Q. I have been back for 5 years now and am so grateful! I love Dr. Q! I have never had to wait for more than 15 mins (outer lobby and in room total) and that wait is unusual and rare. I never feel rushed when I am talking to him and he always has an answer for any issues that I might have. I am giving him the highest rating that I can, would give more if I could! Thank you Dr. Q for many years of exceptional service! You're the best!
