How likely are you to recommend Dr. Patel?
An absolutely pleasant experience all the way around with Dr. Rachna Patel and Texas Child Neurology. From scheduling our new patient visit, to completing the easily available online paperwork, to check-in, and check-out. A truly top-notch facility. Texas Child Neurology was easy to find in Plano on McDermott and the front desk staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Patel had thoroughly familiarized herself with our medical history and visits with other medical providers. She also took the time to review our past MRIs. She performed a complete and full exam, not missing anything, or skipping a beat. Her diagnosis was well thought out and delivered to our child in an extremely age appropriate level. She was caring, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. A true gem in her profession. I would highly recommend their medical practice. They have a terrific web presence and are also active on social media, including Facebook.
