How likely are you to recommend Dr. Hundal?
I have been a patient of Dr. Hundal's for years. He is very analytical and pragmatic in his style which I appreciate for treatment of my thyroid disease. All of his Nurse Practitioners have been very thorough and compassionate. In previous years there were alot of issues with the office staff but from my perspective with the advent of the patient portal and use of email, communication has greatly improved. That being said, one must also be a participant in your care-I get copies of my labs and review them in advance of my appointments and ensure I follow up in my questions about any results and I dont wait until I am out of my prescription to expect a same day refill. The use of telemedicine has been great for follow-up visits and has saved me a lot of time while working-no more sitting in the office or driving there.
