Patient Reviews
Nov 06, 2019
Recently, we took our special-needs son to the Cole Eye Institute of the Cleveland Clinic, where Dr. Rishi Singh performed surgery on him to remove a cataract and to correct a detached retina. Thankfully, the surgery yielded positive results. We wish to express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr Singh, not only for his surgical skill, but for his compassion and for his efforts to accommodate us under very difficult circumstances. He gave his full attention to our son and worked extra hours late in the evening to meet all of his needs even after the surgery and followed up with the staff at the Clinic to make sure that his needs where met. We also wish to express our thanks to all the helpful and caring members of his supporting staff who did so much to make our stay there easier.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
