How likely are you to recommend Dr. McDonald?
Dr. McDonald has been my neurologist for 6 years & I do believe he genuinely cares about his patients. He is so friendly that I actually enjoy my appointments, which is pretty rare. Dr. McDonald is knowledgeable about all the latest treatments & medications. He listens to my concerns & gives feedback in a respectful, compassionate manner. He is thorough and never makes me feel rushed. Though I miss his previous nurse, Michelle, I met his new nurse, Sandy, last week & she is great. When I have had to call & leave a message the staff has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I am handicapped & everyone on staff goes out of their way to help me. The only issue is it is difficult to find a parking spot, but they do have free valet parking which is helpful.
