How likely are you to recommend Dr. Phatak?
Presented in the ER of Waterbury Hospital with a severe kidney stone episode. Dr. Phatak was on duty - and I'm so dam glad he was! He explained the procedure thoroughly, compassionately, intelligently, and followed up several times in person during my brief stay at WH. I've been seeing him ever since; I feel he really knows me, knows my history, and offers options that scalpel-loving urologists haven't in the past. Thanks, Dr. Phatak, for your amazing knowledge and talents!
