How likely are you to recommend Dr. Tiggelaar?
While I am not a fan of the office environment or wait time at UT, I keep going because Dr. Tiggelaar is fantastic. She is patient and listens well, and doesn't attempt to talk over my head. She explains her rationale for treatment and asks how I feel about her decisions (i.e., gets the patient's input in their own treatment!). Once, she even called me at night to talk about something she had forgotten to mention at my visit. Most doctors would not do that, or would pawn it off on a nurse.
