I met Dr. Meyersen several years ago after some GI complications. I've been working with him since, and I cannot stress how much I appreciate him. He's everything you want in a doctor: he's an expert in the field, has an amazing bedside manner, is extraordinarily caring ... the list goes on and on. If I could give the admin staff a rating, it would be 1 out of 5 stars. They're miserable people to work with. They don't return calls. They don't care what your problem is or understand how to triage the very sick from a routine issue. Probably the worst I've ever dealt with. But, once you get through that hot mess, it's worth it.
