I have to say I am beyond impressed with Dr. Nagao. He is very kind and open. He sees things that this mother had missed. He’s very good at explaining everything and has a good way to dumb it down so me and my son could understand the complex problem/s and solution. The other day I took my son in for his gallbladder. Dr. Nagao made sure he got in for an ultrasound ASAP and referred us to a surgeon. Dr. Nagao called last night to check on him because he hadn’t heard from us in a few days and we let him know the surgey was schedule and all is going fine. It meant a lot to know we were in good hands and that his Dr. cared enough to check in on his free time. My son had surgey today and is doing great! Gallbladder removed safely and he’s sipping on apple juice watching a movie. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Dr. Nagao and it won’t be the last. I think we’ve all decided to make it official.. he’s our FIRST family Dr. In 20 years. Highly recommend!! Five Stars
