Patient Reviews
Apr 16, 2022
I specifically sought a consultation with Dr Bayrak because of her recent rigorous residency and then prestigious fellowship. I wanted another opinion from a surgeon "fresh out of the trenches." Dr Bayrak exceeded my expectations. Her dedication and passion were evident the minute she walked into the room. She did indeed offer up another potential solution that had not been considered yet. And she did it quickly. She is an excellent problem solver. My profession required considerable decision tree analyses, and I watched her process information like no other. She listened to my comments and concerns and then it seemed like she had known me for a long time. She communicated her knowledge and recommendations very clearly and kindly. She treated the staff so respectfully. She "stayed with me," the entire time, maintaining eye contact even when I could not. I'd encourage others to add Dr Bayrak to the short list for facial surgery. She will be among the busiest PS' in no time.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
