My 75 yo mother was admitted to Audobon Hospital with severe chest pain. Her medical history is complicated to say the least.. Dr. Schmidt was the physician on her floor for the first 3 days. From the first introduction to day of discharge, he was Genuinely Kind and Concerned. He always seemed to have all the time in the world when we had questions or concerns, but it was clear from his quick stride every time we saw him in the halls he's anything but idle. Even when he was moved to another area and not on our care team, he inquired about my mom every time we passed him. If he has a private practice now or in the future I plan to make him her PCP. We are Highly impressed with him personally and professionally.
