How likely are you to recommend Dr. Feurstein?
When entering the waiting room for my Dental Appointment, pictures of vintage steam locomotives and train stations hang in view. This suggests to me, old equipment maintained on a regularly scheduled basis by skilled professionals function well. This theme resonates with me as it has been my experience during each visit. Afterwards, my teeth and gums are fresh and clean. I enjoy high customer satisfaction. Dr. Feurstein and his team listen to what I have to say. They explain and clarify what I must do to enjoy better Dental Health during each visit. Each visit builds on the last visit. As a result I have been the recipient of outstanding customer focus, support and feedback thereby facilitating making informed decisions regarding oral health. An excellent example, Dr. Feurstein’s office displays visual health aid posters illustrating healthy gums and teeth exposed to bacteria in between the teeth; also frequently below the gum line are at risk.
