How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kapoor?
I was referred to Kr. Kapoor for a second evaluation/opinion when my [other trusted] surgeon was struggling to determine a cause for awful digestive issues. I've had two appointments. In both cases, I was almost immediately greeted and taken to an exam room, and my wait was less then five minutes for Dr. Kapoor. His assistant was friendly and thorough. When I met Dr. Kapoor, the questions he asked, the way he listened, and the time he took to make a call and consult another colleague of his to discuss my case and develop treatment options showed me that he was thorough, knowledgeable, and CARING. I was given options regarding my treatment plan and the options were described in understandable ways. There was empathy shown when some pretty uncomfortable testing options were discussed and my anxiety was understood, instead of being minimized. At my follow-up, it was clear that thought had been put into my care since the previous visit. I am very happy, with hope in the care I'm receiving
