Patient Reviews
Sep 15, 2023
Let me start off by saying I never got to officially interact with Dr. Green. Long story short, there was a mishap with the front office. I had called 3 weeks prior to make an appointment, and the front desk personnel at that time had mistakenly told me that my insurance was accepted, when in reality it was not as I learned today when I arrived for my appointment. I was utterly disappointed and disheartened. I am in IMMENSE pain and had been waiting to see Dr. Green, in great anticipation based on all the positive reviews. Fast forward to a few hours later, Dr. Green PERSONALLY called me to apologize for his office staff’s error. He truly sounded genuine, kind, sympathetic, and apologetic on the phone. I have NEVER seen a doctor do this before, that too at this caliber. He sent some pain medications for me. He personally looked up my insurance plan to verify which other providers were in my network and contacted them on my behalf. LONG LIVE Dr. GREEN!!
