Dr. Phomakay is the best I am a caregiver of my 93 year old Dad. Dr. Phomakay has the best personality and is not stuffy like ordinary docs he relates to real life and has a great way of making you feel comfortable and understands real life.. If you want a good genuine Doc in Fort Smith AR get him
