I recently underwent a microdiscectomy performed by Dr. Wael Musleh to address a longstanding issue with a herniated disc at L5-S1. For over fifteen years, I battled with this progressive injury, starting as a bulge and worsening to a 9mm herniation, causing severe compression of the nerves in my spinal cord. Despite being in excellent health and physical condition, the pain had become debilitating, hindering basic tasks like tying my shoes, playing with my children, and working a full day in the office. The only relief I found was lying down on my left side.After consulting with a friend (also a doctor in the Rebound group) who recommended several surgeons, Dr. Musleh stood out to me as the best fit. During our initial consultation, Dr. Musleh exhibited compassion and patience, addressing all my concerns and laying out my options without pressure.
