How likely are you to recommend Elisecia Brown?
Nurse Brown waited with me for approximately 20 minutes while we spoke with Blue Cross Blue Shield over the phone figuring out if my service was covered. Yesterday was only my second time visiting her. The first time, she called to give me good results. I didn't expect a call with good news because that's never happened before, but what a way to ease my mind. Nurse Brown is as good at her job as any doctor I've seen but much more patient and friendly than most.
