Patient Reviews

Iris creates a very comfortable environment to be in. She encourages growth in your nutrition without making you feel bad or like you’re not doing enough. She works with what you like, dislike and what to grow in and creates plans and goals that are attainable and fun to reach. I’ve really enjoyed our sessions and the different plans we create together to further my nutrition journey.
