Patient Reviews

He is a most welcoming, kind, active-listening, got-to-have-a-plan", behavioral-action-suggesting counselor, best of the four over 70 years that I have met. He is friendly & concerned, with a smooth delivery of thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. I highly recommend, Jim! My life issues include 'fatherless' homelife, dominant mother, emotional and sexual abuse, and health comorbidities: chronic IDDM, HBP, High Lipids and Triglycerin, Heart surgeries, CHF, COPD, Complicated Grief Patterns, and Depression. Most would barely recognize their existence as I am well-able to diffuse, redirect, humor and defend my boundaries. One needs to earn any trust or confidence I may offer. As a consequence, I tend to isolate, avoid & redirect, remaining a resourceful, helpful, cohort and peer who is quite lonely, distant and quietly depressed. I do not maintain effective personal, community support systems, resulting in declining personal, social, spiritual, physical, & psychological health/death/life.
