Patient Reviews

Two years ago, I had a mental health crisis that sent me back out looking for a therapist. I had been in therapy on and off for the last two decades and was pretty picky at this point. I knew what questions to ask and what I was looking for, but finding someone affordable and available was incredibly difficult. Then I found Jan. The first phone call was quick and easy; she was out-of-network with my insurance but used a sliding scale to work with my budget. We started seeing each other weekly, and she's been flexible, kind, and informative, honestly, she's changed my life (and my boyfriend's). I've never reviewed or recommended a therapist before, but if anyone deserves it, she does. If you need any type of mental health counseling, give Jan a call, and she'll help you make more progress than you ever could with anyone else. Thank you so much, Jan!
