Yes I would Recommend her she was very helpful to me. She taught me some ways to calm down when I got upset such as thinking about my happy place, what I liked about it and to picture what it looks like in my head like the view the sounds the movement of my happy place. She became someone I could trust and relate to so yes I would recommend Dr. Stevenson.
