How likely are you to recommend Kiara M Estill?
Kiara is an outstanding therapist. She is caring, good humored, and challenges me and provides object lessons that stop the whirlwind of uncertainty when trying to make decisions. Some of these lessons seemed too simplistic at first. However, they stick with me. I remember in the moment of stress how to calm myself and deduct good solutions. That is the genius of her lessons. Simplicity. She has helped me deal with all of the choices and craziness this world is throwing at us. She has helped me improve my relationships with both my husband and 30 something millennial daughter. She has helped me believe in my own gut instints. Look within myself, and trust myself again. I like that Kiara is 60 plus, has a child, has put herself through school and finds herself in a loving, supportive relationship with a good man. She is an example of walking her talk. If you want a results driven sincere therapist who cares then Kiara is for you.
