It’s been challenging I’m finding a therapist that is a good fit. It’s never easy opening up to a stranger and I was super hesitant in meeting with a therapist virtually. I thought it would be difficult feel a connection or build trust through a screen, but by my second appointment I could tell that it was going to be a good fit. The first appointment was a tad difficult from someone that rarely FaceTimes or does the talking on a Zoom Meeting, but it feels more normal now. Dr. Golia is a wonderful active listener and is present in her feedback. She takes care and pride in allow you to find your own personal insight and provides gentle nudges towards self motivation and self betterment.
