I have to say, I was very happy with my appointment. I am a bit surprised with some of the bad reviews. I found Dr. Ravdin very kind and personable. She was very thorough and detail oriented. She listens to what my concerns and asked many questions. She interviewed me for approximately an hour, prior to testing. Testing ran for approximately 3.5 hours. Her assistant was very good as well. I did not have any issues with the desk staff. Everyone did seem nice. They do have a process in which they need a specific referral that needs to be sent in from a Referring physician. They are picky with who they take. So I think that is very important to know that prior to making an appointment. And I understand why. I was there for 4.5 hours. I am sure that they do not want to have someone make an appointment when it is not appropriate for them to be there. So they are trying to make sure that you are there for the right reasons otherwise, you are wasting your own time and theirs.
