How likely are you to recommend Rachel McDermott?
I honestly felt so much better after the very first session. Rachel had me do this thing where I closed my eyes and described thing in extreme detail while holding these vibrating things in my hands. It’s called something with initials (can’t remember what exactly, but she explained it to me). It actually changed my life! I have seen many therapists that have helped, but none like this!
