Patient Reviews

7 years ago, I first met Rob when my back pain was so bad that I had become extremely limited in all activities. Thru about 6 months he worked with my back, taught me what its problems were, exercises and movements to strengthen it and loosen up the rigidities that were near crippling. This year, close to my 80th birthday, my shoulder froze up with arthritis. After getting a shot that did help a little, I sought out Rob again for his help. He and his assistant Gretchen worked with me for 3 months until I had regained full mobility and again had much more knowledge of what to do to keep it the best I can. My back had flared up again, tho not so bad as before. Rob again adjusted exercises and treatments to include its needs. Thank you to Rob - for your deep caring, great expertise, kind teaching, knowledge and use of up-to-date techniques. I definitely recommend Joint Effort - but, fair warning, it is 'Joint Effort'. You will work - with Rob and Gretchen working right along with
