Patient Reviews

Sara is an exceptional therapist and human being who stands out from the rest. She cultivates a safe space unconditionally, really listens and can therefore offer valuable perspective, and empowered me to change in ways I wouldn't have been able to otherwise. She goes above and beyond and leads by example. In all honesty, each session was life-changing and well beyond any amount of therapy I had ever done in my life. I don't write reviews but am thrilled to recommend people to her, because I know how difficult (and necessary) it is to find a great therapist who has all of these qualities and more. Thank you Sara.
