Patient Reviews
Dec 28, 2021
I've seen numerous psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counselors, etc. over the years but in our very first session Sophia was the first to notice I suffered from ADHD (at 44 nonetheness), which was the root of many of my troubles. Two psychiatrists confirmed her suspicions and since beginning treatment, my anxiety has dramatically improved. That was just the beginning. Sophia has helped me overcome several traumas including childhood abuse and rape. I am finally living a life knowing my true value and meet each day without fear. My heart is open and able to give and receive love, which is something I had never truly known. I've never met someone with such vision and a gift to heal. If you're ready to put in the work and are ready to live a fuller life rooted in the present, rather than tied to the past, I suggest you reach out. She has freed me from living a life in emotional shackles.
