I found out that you have to healthier before you can keep the weight off for a long, long time. Dr. Jennings discovered that when he was able to get patients healthier they were losing weight without vet much effort. When I heard that it sounded very interesting. He said that when you are healthier then you muscles, your organs, your nerves and all your tissues function better and you end up losing weight quickly and easily. The trick is how to get healthier....
