Patient Reviews
Apr 18, 2020
I highly recommend Amanda! I've had 3 visits with her (1 for my 14 yr old, 2 for me), each one was extremely informative. She intently listens to 'your story', and makes dietary recommendations to meet you where you are. She focuses on the social/emotional food needs and the nutritional elements, which is helpful for anyone struggling with emotional eating. She's very diligent about ensuring the appointment is actioned, by creating 3 goals before the end of your appt. This ensures the recommendations are not overwhelming, and allows you to practice small chunks vs. tackling everything at once. Amanda's bedside manner is wonderful, both for children (teens) & adults. She is friendly, attentive, a great listener, leans in with you on your specific issues, and very encouraging. She never makes you feel bad about your choices, but helps you to think through another way to mitigate the situation, while explaining what the vision could look like. I highly recommend her!
