How likely are you to recommend Amy Song?
This counsellor helped me identify my life interrupting Anxiety and Dissociation. She Taught me the best tools and how to both apply them; as well as, work through those problems as they come up. She covered tools such as EMDR- through grounding techniques. I received her services for about 1 year I was able to get my life on track. I learned how to have a healthy relationship with myself and others. I know am happily married for two years, have travelled to Africa, and am writing a book. All things I never dreamed I could do. Highly recommend Amy Songs.
