How likely are you to recommend Anna Heck?
My Mom and I had the most fabulous experience at Dermatology Associates and in particular with Physician Assistant Anna Heck. She is very personable, responsive, and I have full confidence in her medical skills. My Mom was experiencing a stubborn infection issue following a skin cancer surgery that she had at the hospital with a different doctor who was not being responsive. I needed to find a new dermatologist to help us work through this difficult situation. Anna got us right in for an appointment, listened very carefully and respectfully to my elderly mother, and helped us resolve the issue. Her communications were timely, comprehensive, and easy to understand. P.A. Heck also did the most complete skin-cancer body scan I think I have ever seen and uncovered additional issues. She is also now helping us trouble shoot a chronic eczema problem. We also saw Dr Monica Bedi during one of the appointments for a skin cancer treatment, she too was phenomenal.
