How likely are you to recommend Dr. Li?
Dr. Li answered my voicemail early on a Saturday morning when I had an urgent issue while visiting town for a conference. She returned my call and took care of me with an exam and solved my problem with care and expertise. I had a torn contact lens in my left eye, and had not slept in 24+ hours. My eye was red, swollen, infected, and in pain. I had tried myself but no luck. She is not only super talented but kind, compassionate, and has a sense of humor. I do not know what I would have done without her help. Would give her 10 stars if I could. You are lucky if you have Dr. Li as your eye doctor- she is the best! Thank you Dr. Li for saving me. I could not have made it to Monday without your urgent care.
