Patient Reviews
Mar 24, 2023
When I came to Carin a year ago I was dealing with intense rage and my anxiety was out of control. Carin helped me see angles of situations I had never noticed before. We had many hard sessions, and also it was those sessions that made me realize I could do hard things. I'm much more mindful of how I approach complex situations, as well as the feelings that come with them. She cares about her patients and it shows. If you give this program a chance it will transform your life!
