HONESTLY DON'T KNOW WHAT SOME OF THE REVIEWS ARE TALKING ABOUT. MY HUSBAND HAD A BIG CYST IN A VERY UNCOMFORTAMBLE AREA. SHE REASSURED HIM AND USED GOOD PRACTICES IN CARING FOR HIM. I WAS ALLOWED TO STAY WITH HIM. (MOST OTHER OFFICES WANT THE SPOUSE OUT) SO, WE BOTH GREATLY APPRECIATED THAT. HER CARE AND TONE WERE EASY TO PICK UP ON. LATER ON, I HAD A REALLY BAD PUNCTURE WOUND AND SHE TOOK ME IN AT SHORT NOTICE. IT WASNT BAD ENOUGH OF AN INJURY FOR AN EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT BUT I DID NEED IMMEDIATE CARE SO I WOULDNT NEED AN ER VISIT, LATER. SHE WAS JUST AS PROFESSIONAL AND CARING AS SHE HAD BEEN WITH MY HUSBAND. GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS... AND WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CURTEOUS WITH HER STAFF AS WELL. WE HAD TO VISIT HER 4 MORE TIMES... AND EVERY VISIT WAS AS FAST AND EASY AND WELL CARED FOR AS THE LAST... HONESTLY, I DONT KNOW WHO THE SOME OTHER REVIEWERS SAW, BUT IT'S HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE THEY SAW THE SAME PERSON OR EVEN WENT TO THE SAME PLACE. THESE WERE THE SIX EXPERIENCES WE HAD.
